Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Products are non-returnable. However, a replacement can be initiated for receiving of wrong product Or Defect product from us. Perfume / Attar Pack should be sealed as delivered so that return can be initiated. All returns must be postmarked within 3-4 Days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached / Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, and labels.
Alter receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your Product, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return Refunds may take 5-7 Days billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Cash on delivery transactions, We will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 3-4 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details by email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
